S.L.A.M. means Sweat Like a Mother. S.L.A.M. offers a full body, 60 minute, stroller optional exercise program. S.L.A.M. is for all moms in all seasons in motherhood and levels of fitness.

Yes! This is a really special part of our community. After class, moms stay after to chat. Those will kiddos enjoy the splash pads or play at the covered playgrounds. Organized playgroups, crafts, or activity, is planned 2-3 times each month as well. Moms Night Out is monthly as well as Book Club, Run/Walk Races and SLAMily Hikes.

S.L.A.M. meets outdoors year-round to enjoy the sun here in Sun City. Vitamin D and getting outdoors are part of our experience, using our surroundings as our backdrop.

In the beginning, 2-3 times per week is great to start getting moving. Then we encourage moms to come as much as possible as schedules allow.

S.L.A.M. is proud to lead with knowledgeable coaches to serve pregnant, newly postpartum, and seasoned moms. ALL moms have small group certifications, but also hold higher certifications to meet the needs of our special population. After, birth the female body changes, and your coaches should be ready to meet those needs.

No. Our program is meant to serve all mamas. We don't want to separate by levels. We are better together and you will grow stronger quickly. Each workout is scalable to meet you at any stage of motherhood: pregnancy, early postpartum, and beyond at any stage of fitness. You will have time to work with our coaches during class.

We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.

Our class programming keeps our athletes on the go. Classes are structured to work on strengthening our core and pelvic floor and learning proper techniques to work hard as pregnant and postpartum athletes. You will find the same movements you love in weightlifting, HIIT, running techniques, strength and endurance training and so much more.

You can bring a yoga mat (or towel) and a set of dumbbells (5s, 8s, or 10s recommended). Coaches have extras if needed. If you want to bring your kiddos with you, a sturdy stroller is needed for all kids 4 and under.
