S.L.A.M. is programmed to improve balance, stability, increase strength, speed and up your endurance. HIIT, endurance, agility, power, stability and S T R E N G T H all programmed into our S.L.A.M. workouts. All levels of fitness and stages of motherhood welcomed. Options for all are provided to ensure success for all participants. Core Strength is a focus at each class - abs, back, glutes and pelvic floor.. Specific movements are programmed to be able to mentally and physically connect to those muscles in your body to gain control, strength and mobility.
Children and babies are welcomed to join mama and stay close throughout the workout. Our community is an amazing mix of mamas who come with or without their children.
Children 4 and under should be in a stroller for safety however can be tended to at any time. We do move them throughout the hour to keep them occupied and happy.
The workout is programmed for the success of all moms. Coaches can assist with baby snuggles as needed.
Playgroup for kiddos and social time for mamas after each class.
